Contact form and email
The homepage contact form prepares an email on your device. This website does not send the form to a server. When the browser allows it, the draft is also copied to your clipboard. Nothing reaches Marketing & AI until you choose to send the email from your email application.
After you send an email, your name, email address, organization, and message are processed by your email provider and ours so we can respond. Do not include passwords, payment details, health information, or other sensitive data in the message.

The AI visibility scanner fetches only the public page address you enter, reads its HTML once to score it, and does not store the page content. The content checker and schema generator use the text you type only to build your result; that text is not stored.
If you unlock a full report, we store your name, email, optional business name, the tool you used, the page address and score, and the date. We also store a one-way hashed form of your IP address and your country to limit abuse; we never store your raw IP address. We use these details only to follow up about your results and do not sell or share them. Ask us anytime to delete them.
Cloudflare Turnstile checks that tool requests come from a person. Its use is covered by Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Website data
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count page views and understand how visitors find us. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (such as _ga) and collects information like the pages you view, your approximate location, device and browser type, and the site that referred you. It does not receive what you type into forms or tools, and we do not send it custom event or button data.
We do not use advertising cookies or remarketing, and we do not sell this data. Google processes it under its own privacy policy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
Cloudflare delivers and protects the site and may process routine network and security logs, such as an IP address, request time, browser type, requested URL, and security events.
How long information is kept
Messages may be kept as long as needed to answer the lead, evaluate or deliver requested work, keep necessary business records, and meet legal obligations. Information that is no longer needed should be removed according to the systems and obligations involved.
Your choices
You can contact us to ask what information we hold about your lead or to request correction or deletion when applicable. Some records may need to be kept for legal, security, or accounting reasons.
